As part of the Unstuck In Time exhibition at Te Tuhi gallery artist Sally J. Morgan wanted to be able to catch, fillet, cook and eat fish within the gallery.
My brief was to research and design a system that would enable a dozen fish to be kept alive within the outdoor courtyard of the gallery while also providing access to the tank for members of the public to also catch fish.
